Who agrees with some American States allowing the Death Penalty?

i dont believe in the death penalty because the question is not if the person deserves death it is if we should have the power to kill. the death penalty also targets poc especially black people for crimes they might have not committed but it ultimately comes back to the fact that people shld suffer for their crimes rather than be killed.

i personally don't like the death penalty because there's a possibiltiy of a person being innocent and killed for crimes he/she did not commit. also if the person is guilty they deserve to rot in prison many people see death as a easy way out and i just think that if you commited such a crime to be put on death row you need to deal with that for the rest of your life.

The death penalty IS premeditated murder; since you know some of those that get executed will be innocent.

I personally belive that all states should allow the death penalty.

First stop putting people in jail for victimless crimes. Premeditated murder should always get the death sentence with out delay. Also..treasonous politicians!

Is so how much time should inmates spend on death row before execution dates?
