Answering this in a parental perspective, it is the guardian's legal duty to understand and basically 'keep track' of their children's safety in various ways. In this case, 'autonomy' or any other 'right to self' approach does not apply for minors in need of supervision to roam freely in unencountered premises (and I am not talking about shopping centres or local parks etc) under no notice to a higher individual.
