Well we need to stop thinking of society as a whole. There are many different groups of people and bias. Privilage is just favourirism but everyone has different opinions. Anyone can have priviliage if they are favoured in the public eye. Male privlilage does exist but so does female privilage. Male privilage is more shown though. But just because you don't see female privilage as often, it doesnt mean that is doesnt exist.

Ask youself this, "Is hating all women sexist", if yes then hating all men would be sexist too. End double standards.
